AEL participates of Esquilo modernization program

In development phase, the Glass Cockpit System of AS 350- consists of three 8-inch intelligent displays and ADU (Acquisition Unit and Data Management) – it will equip HB350L1 Fennec and AS550A2 and have the start of production scheduled for May 2013.

In addition to developing, producing and maintaining of the Acquisition and Data Management Unit, AEL Sistemas will be responsible for producing and mainten aircraft s CMFD.

The modernization will be held on 36 aircraft belonging to the Army Aviation Command and the expected delivery of the first Glass Cockpit System for Helibras is in the second half of 2013.
