The Ael Sistemas is one of the 30 Great Places to work in Rio Grande do Sul. The survey, sponsored by the magazine Tomorrow and Great Place to Work, aimed to identify companies whose characteristics, attitudes and practices in the creation of a great place to work. The research method is based on two assessments: one with employees, who respond voluntarily and anonymously to a questionnaire on the desktop, through which describe the reality of the company and explain what they see as unique and differentiated in its working environment. The other evaluation is performed with the company itself, which details the best practices and benefits for the excellence of the work environment. There are also audits carried out by consultants from the Great Place to Work. This sorting process results in an international study considered one of the world s most important. The same methodology is used in all countries and allows us to assess the level of employee confidence about the company and the quality of relations between employees and leaders. Companies that stand out are listed among the best in the country in which they are located or in lists of other world regions.
This was the first year that Ael Sistemas involved in the research. Working with products of high technology, the company constantly invests in training its employees, persons seeking dynamic and communicative. The second language - English - is a basic requirement for the job in the company, primarily by direct relationship with the Israeli company Elbit Systems, parent of Ael. "For career growth, it is necessary to the mastery of the language. We have a lot of training and our staff will do much to Israel for technology transfers," said the HR manager Gisele Teixeira, noting that many employees also conduct trainings in the U.S. and Europe.
Programs to encourage undergraduate and graduate students are listed in the company. Also, training improvement leaders are routinely carried out in order to optimize the work and the relationship between the teams of the company. "This year, for example, the development work of our leaders, a process that involved about 40 employees. Currently, we have a coaching program for some of them," adds Gisele.
